WEBSITE DESIGN & MARKETING FOR PRIVATE PRACTICE

Websites that bring your practice
the right clients.

We design, write, and market websites for therapists, psychologists, and group practices. Accessible by default. Neurodiversity affirming by design. Built to be found by Google and by AI search. Custom builds start at $3,500.

Private practices across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand · WCAG 2.2 Level AA · Built on WordPress · You own your site

You did not open a practice
to run a marketing department.

Most clinicians we meet are not bad at marketing. They are doing all of it, unsupported, in the gaps between sessions. And more often than not, the website they already paid for is the thing making it harder rather than easier.

You repeat the same information on every intake call that your site should say

Inquiries arrive steadily, but from people you are not the right clinician for

You quietly stopped sharing the link, and you could name the reason you stopped

Your site looks fine and still never surfaces when someone searches for your work

Every small change means an email, a wait, and an invoice you were not expecting

A website is not a brochure. It is the first clinical impression your practice makes, and it should be carrying far more of the load than yours currently is.

What We Build

One project, with design, words, and search visibility handled together. Separating those three is the single most common reason a good looking practice website never brings anyone in.

Recent work

Every site is built for the practice it represents. None of them are assembled from a template.

Ryrah Health website

Ryrah Health came to us as a DIY build that had flattened a specialist practice into a generic therapy site. We rebuilt it around a single clear audience, which is young adults aged 18 to 30, and let that decision drive the positioning, the page structure, and the photography.

The result is a site sequenced so that a first time visitor understands who the practice helps, how its approach differs, and what its four core services are, all before they scroll past the fold. One repeated call to action carries them from interest to a free 15 minute consultation.

The method behind it

Behind every project is a framework we call SPACE.

It borrows the principle clinicians already use with clients, which is that a strong container allows a system to regulate itself. Applied to a practice, it means your systems, your visibility, and your messaging should be holding the work rather than draining you.

You will never need to learn it. You will just notice that growth stops depending on how hard you push.

Two ways to start

Most practices come to us for one of these. The fit call sorts out which, usually in the first ten minutes.

Custom build (most popular)

From $3,500 · One time investment

A complete website designed, written, and built for your practice. Four to six weeks from first call to launch. Copywriting, accessibility, and search foundation included. You own it outright from day one.

Best for practices ready to invest once in something built properly and confident running it after.

Managed website

From $197 per month · Plus a one-time $500 onboarding fee

Design, hosting, security, and ongoing search work, handled continuously so the site never becomes one more item on your list. It keeps evolving with your practice instead of ageing out after launch.

Best for practices who want the whole thing off their plate and prefer a predictable monthly cost.

Not sure which fits? That is what the fit call is for, and there is no cost to finding out.

Who this is for

Solo therapists, counselors, and psychologists launching or relaunching a private practice

Group practice owners whose site no longer reflects the size or the scope of the team

Clinicians whose specialty is not coming through clearly, whether that is neurodiversity-affirming care, trauma-informed work, LGBTQ+ affirmative practice, or somatic therapy

Practice owners who have tried DIY, learned what it costs in hours, and are ready for something else

Clinicians who want accessibility built in rather than bolted on afterwards

Who this is not for

You want a template with your logo dropped into it

You are looking for viral marketing or constant content pressure

You want visibility without responsibility

You are not ready to collaborate on the decisions that shape the work

Start with a Conversation.

Twenty minutes. We ask about your practice, what you are trying to build, and what your current site is costing you in time and missed fit. If we are not the right studio for it, you will hear that from us in the same call.
